Reimagine the story of your family.

Hi, I’m Pamela,

I’m a Strengths-based Parent Coach for parents who want to feel better so they can  support their kids do better.

If you’re like many of the parents I’ve worked with, you want to feel more confident as a parent and more connected to your child(ren).

You want to create an environment where as a family you:

  • Experience more ease & flow; imagine getting out the door without any drama and time to spare

  • Feel more connected; where family meals are a time to enjoy each other’s company not bargaining screen time or how many bites

  • Practice self-care to be able to communicate from a place of compassion and understanding instead of losing it.

But instead what’s really going on is…

  • You’re depleted from the daily struggles with your child(ren) everything from what to wear, to what to eat, when to do homework and what time to go to bed.

  • You’re melting down from your children’s meltdowns & feel helpless on how to manage both yours and theirs.

  • You’re stressed about what is and isn’t good about screentime and how much is too much.

  • You find yourself snapping, nagging, bargaining and bribing.

Despite having read all the books, followed all different kinds of parenting advice, you still can’t seem to create the kind of peace and harmony you deeply desire for your family.

You’re determined to find a better way.

Through my training as a PCI coach®, what I know is that for families to do better, they first need to feel better.

Your child is not the problem.  It's about creating the conditions for your child to thrive.

And the truth is that it starts with YOU.

  • In order to trust your children, you must first learn to trust yourself as a parent.

  • In order for your child to feel fully nurtured and loved, you must learn to nurture and love yourself.

  • Through a strengths-based coaching approach, we start from the place where there are already great things that you’re doing.

In our work together you will learn to:

  • Connect to what you love most about your child/ren and family

  • Focus on what is right with your child/ren instead of what is wrong

  • Approach parenting in a holistic way that focuses on your relationships within a living system

About

At 19, I became a single mother to my first of 4 daughters, Brittany. When she was 2, I felt lost when Brittany was having big feelings and melting down. My parents told me I needed to give her a good smack, or I’d be raising a spoiled brat. Against my intuition, I spanked Brittany, which broke my heart and made her lash out.

I began to read positive discipline parenting books and took courses. I found support and guidance to put into practice what I learned. I realized the importance of valuing my inner wisdom and appreciating what I was doing right.

This experience transformed how I parent. I continued to seek out new approaches to parenting for the tools and resources to feel confident navigating the journey of parenting my daughters.

Today my journey has included prioritizing self-care and self-compassion so that my clients receive the best and most whole version of myself.
